Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• In original packaging

To start a return, please email saffron@bysaffron.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This can take up to 5–7 working days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
