Orders

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
